ibis made my stay in hangzhou even better than before. they had comfortable beds, a great shower, and convenient access to the west lake area. the staff was friendly and tried their best, despite limited english. i loved the nearby supermarket, convenience store, and restaurants. overall, a comfy and convenient hotel.

Construction noise was disruptive.

The location of the hotel was great, with lots of cafes, fast food restaurants, and a nice supermarket right across the street. It was also a convenient 10-minute walk from the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing attentive service throughout our stay.

The noise level in the hotel. There were ongoing renovations during our stay, which resulted in loud drilling sounds starting as early as 7am.

The staff at Ibis was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. They quickly addressed my concerns about noise from renovations and relocated me to a more peaceful room. I had a positive experience at this hotel.

marvellous and favourable location, a subway station was walk from the hotel. i found schanke beer bar offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue.

The room is cheap and tidy with comfortable bed. The hotel has a marvellous location, so close to the West Lake nor from the subway. It's near Taxi's outside the property and bars and restaurants and Hangzhou.

Clean rooms, great amenities, good location, helpful staff, free laundry service, comfortable beds and shower.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! Best aspects were the convenient location in the city center, close to the beautiful West Lake area. Transportation was easy with taxis outside the hotel and a nearby metro and bus station. The hotel facilities were very clean and modern, and the breakfast had a good selection of Chinese and Western food. Most importantly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even providing us with a breakfast voucher and fresh fruit in our room.

Worst aspects? Nothing, all great!

The hotel was perfect for our romantic getaway. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even though they spoke limited English. We enjoyed the convenience of having a supermarket across the road, a convenience store next door, and a German restaurant within walking distance. Plus, being only a short walk from the West Lake area and a 10-minute walk from the subway station made it easy to get around.
